Are you an experienced Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef, preferably in long-term care or a large fine dining/buffet style setting? Wesley Court may have the position just for you! We are seeking a Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef for our friendly and caring Dining Services department. This position will help provide the best dining experience for our residents and guests every day.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Proficient in food handling requirements and standards
Oversee staff in the preparation of meals from breakfast to dinner on a large scale
Able to follow as well as create recipes for a wide variety of diets
Responsible for food orders and costs
Provide excellent customer services to our residents and associates
Must pass drug and background screenings
For Executive Chef, requirements include, but are not limited to:
Executive Chef experience
Culinary School experience
Hospitality experience
Fine Dining experience
License/Certification: Culinary (Preferred)
