Ask The Residents: ERSM For The Win!

We asked and they answered. ERSM residents love senior living!

ER Senior Management owns and/or operates senior living communities across the United States. The satisfaction of our residents is our top priority. We asked some of them about their experiences living in our communities, and here is what they had to say.

Where are all of the ERSM communities?

ERSM leads the following communities:

Meet Sara and Robbie

Sara and Robbie are residents at Meadow Lake Senior Living in Tyler, TX. It is an active living community designed for aging in place.

ERSM: How does it feel for you and/or your spouse to live in an ERSM community?

Sara and Robbie: Really good. We enjoy the people we have met and the staff.

ERSM: What do you like most about living in a community?

Sara and Robbie: Meeting new people and enjoying all the different activities.

ERSM: What is your favorite activity in your community?

Sara and Robbie: Playing Bridge.

ERSM: What is the most convenient service in your community/home/apartment?

Sara and Robbie: The food services.

ERSM: What advice would you give other seniors who are not living in an aging-in-place community?

Sara and Robbie: Don’t wait too long to move in, so you can enjoy all the people and activities. And you make the decision yourself and not someone else.

Dianne & Glenn are also residents at Meadow Lake in Tyler, TX.

Dianne & Glenn: Housekeeping.

ERSM: What advice would you give other seniors who are not living in an aging-in-place community?

Dianne & Glenn: Do it early, so you can enjoy it when you are able to!

Meet Ruth

Ruth is a resident at The Craig in Amarillo, TX. It is also an active senior living community designed for aging in place.

Evergreen Senior Living | Resident Ms. Ruth

ERSM: How does it feel for you to live in an ERSM community?

Ruth: Now that I’ve settled in, I feel very much at home and very content.

ERSM: What do you like most about living in a community?

Ruth: I am a person who enjoys meeting new people and hearing about their lives. There are also things to do to keep you busy if you so desire.

ERSM: What is the most convenient service in your community/home/apartment?

Ruth: The most convenient services for me are the dining room services and having a housekeeper.

ERSM: What advice would you give other seniors who are not living in an aging-in-place community?

Ruth: The decision to make this move is not an easy one, but there comes a time when it has to be made, so why not come to a place where you meet great people that have problems just like you do? Let someone else take care of many of your needs and enjoy life to the fullest.

What is the verdict?

Life in an ESRM senior living community is great! The hospitality services make life easy—especially the housekeeping and food service.

However, our residents’ social lives continually stand out. Our seniors have the opportunity to engage in activities they enjoy doing with peers of the same age and in the same stage of life. That is why so many people are excited to age in place at ERSM communities nearest to them!

But Sara and Robbie are right. Do it now while you can enjoy it!
